Refund policy
To be approved for a reimbursement:
- You have two weeks from the delivery date to notify us.
- You have to send the product back to us first.
- If there was damage during transportation, the product has to arrive in the same condition as when it was shipped, or in the condition we agreed on.
We will repay your money using the original means of payment as soon as your returned product arrives and is examined.
Except otherwise specified, the consumer is responsible for the cost of returning the shipping charge.
Refunds typically take 5-10 business days to appear in your customer's account. The refund status shows as "Pending" for up to 2 business days while processing, then it can take up to 10 business days for the customer's bank to complete the transaction.
We don't give refunds for:
- A shift in perspective
- Inappropriate product usage or positioning
- Problems or delays brought on by inaccurate shipping information
- Packages that the courier has marked as delivered
- Orders that have been verified as delivered are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.
